We are currently expanding our digital marketing team and looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Executive with experience in both paid and organic strategies, especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. Job Description: We are hiring a results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in managing social media accounts, running paid Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and generating organic leads. The ideal candidate should be able to plan and execute strategic campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Monitor and manage ad budgets, performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS), and A/B testing. Create and manage organic content to grow engagement and generate leads. Work closely with content and design teams to develop campaign creatives and messaging. Track and report campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media and performance marketing. Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build an active online community. Requirements: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing. Strong experience in running paid Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram). Good understanding of organic strategies and lead generation. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics/reporting tools. Creative mindset with strong copywriting and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
