Job Summary We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, acquiring leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving their revenue targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Campaign Creation & Management Develop, plan, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising. Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and content to ensure consistency with brand voice and messaging. Design campaign calendars aligned with promotional and sales strategies. 2. Website Optimization Manage and update company websites regularly with new content, product/service pages, blog posts, and promotional materials. Optimize website structure, layout, and performance for better search engine visibility (SEO) and improved user experience. Collaborate with developers and designers to implement website improvements that enhance traffic, conversion rates, and engagement. 3. Social Media Marketing Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform. Schedule posts, monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower base organically and through paid ads. 4. Collaboration with Sales Team Work closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales goals. Coordinate the launch of campaigns, offers, or promotions to generate high-quality leads. Support lead nurturing activities through email campaigns, remarketing, and CRM integrations. 5. Data Tracking and Performance Analysis Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital campaigns including CTR, CPC, conversions, bounce rates, and ROI. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing dashboards. Generate regular performance reports and use insights to refine future campaigns for improved effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role or agency setting. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress (or similar CMS). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web design is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
