A large & diversified Financial Services Group is seeking a proactive and execution-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to lead lateral hiring in Corporate Functions.
About The Role:
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in self-sourcing and managing a diverse source mix including direct outreach, referrals, internal mobility, and digital platforms. This role demands precision, urgency, and effective coordination to deliver quality hires with minimal vendor dependency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for lateral roles across functions.
- Build and manage a robust source mix: direct sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards), employee referrals, internal talent pools, and social media platforms.
- Drive self-sourcing efforts to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
- Use recruitment vendors selectively and only for niche or overflow mandates.
- Track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and turnaround times to ensure delivery excellence.
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes, documentation, and audit standards.
- Champion a high-quality candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
- Support inclusive hiring through targeted sourcing and outreach.
Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in lateral hiring with a proven ability to self-source candidates.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume hiring with minimal vendor support.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
Proposed Compensation Range:
Annual Fixed Pay of 8-11 Lakhs plus Variable Pay
Location:
Kurla (West), Mumbai (work from office, 5-days a week)
