As Talent Acquisition Partner at LRQA you will be responsible for providing guidance as subject matter expert and help to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders and handle complex recruitment challenges across Europe, Middle East & Africa  by leveraging Talent Insights to help guide our hiring community, as well as support ad-hoc projects from time to time.

This role can be offered as hybrid from our Mumbai office but some flexibility from other locations as remote.

How will you make a difference?

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored, inclusive recruitment strategies.
• Lead job scoping conversations to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Source diverse talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
• Conduct thoughtful and engaging interviews, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing LRQA's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and inclusive culture.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and respectful experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Use data and talent insights to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.

What will you bring?

Essential

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced, global environment (in-house, RPO, or agency).
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across international markets.   
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for knowledge sharing.
• Relentless client focus and a solutions-oriented approach.

Desirable

• Experience of using Boolean or X-Ray sourcing techniques
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
• Executive search experience

Working Hours

This role supports EMEA with flexibility and requires a start time of 1.30pm IST with some flexibility to accommodate different time zones and personal needs.
