Job Description The role of an Empanelment Manager - Channel Partner, would involve getting Referral Channel Partners from other CPs, Source Channel Partner Details, Onboarding Channel Partners and to join Channel Partners in Official Channels across WhatsApp and Meta for the designated zone by building a strong network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and developing partnerships with them. Key Responsibilities : - Regular visits to the channel partners, new and old, to build a strong influence over the network. - Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction. - Follow up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests. - Ensuring engagement of channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company Maintaining the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct. External Skills And Expertise - Minimum a Graduation or Similar Qualification. - 1 to 2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory. - Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business. - Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Channel Partners and End Customers alike. - Two-wheeler with a valid license. - Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language. - Highly motivated individual who is target-driven. - Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability.
