Who are we looking for

We are partnering with a renowned and rapidly growing apparel brand to find a Senior Manager for its Business Excellence & Transformation team, based at the Gurgaon head office.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with CXOs and business heads to drive strategic transformation across the enterprise. The position sits at the heart of the organizations evolution into a future-ready, agile business, focusing on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Gurgaon, India (onsite)

Type: Full-time, permanent

Compensation: Up to 22 LPA

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teaming to break silos, create enterprise-wide value, and embed best-in-class metrics and dashboards
- Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring value tracking and sustained transformation
- Develop simulation models and scenario planning frameworks to anticipate execution risks and guide executive decision-making
- Act as a key stakeholder in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation and quarterly target setting
- Guide demand planning across channels, regions, and categories using analytics, market trends, and historical data
- Oversee markdown strategy for seasonal merchandise to maximize sell-through and profitability
- Champion the Transformation Office agendabenchmark best practices, implement new processes, dashboards, and KPIs across all functions

Skills & Qualifications

- 35 years experience in management consulting, retail, e-commerce, or CPG in strategic or transformation roles (e.g., CEO office, Chief of Staff)
- Graduation or post-graduation from a Tier 1 institution; MBA from a Tier 1 B-school strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; experience leading high-impact, cross-functional projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments with high ambiguity
- Expertise in business planning, operating model transformation, and change management
