Job Description Description We are seeking a Business Development Engineer/Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in India. The ideal candidate will leverage their engineering expertise and business acumen to identify new opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to our strategic initiatives. Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering sector. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. - Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions that meet client needs. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. - Prepare reports and forecasts for management review. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales engineering. - Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in market research and analysis techniques. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
