Job Title: Business Development Executive/ Lead
Experience Required: 2 7 Years (International & Domestic Sales)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Location: Chennai (Hybrid)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to drive our sales and growth initiatives. The role involves generating leads, running campaigns, and converting prospects into potential clients for our payment application and IT solutions. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and expanding our global and domestic market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other social media platforms.
- Use lead generation tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms to identify and qualify prospects.
- Engage with leads through cold emailing and cold calling to introduce our solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups to move opportunities forward.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies.
- Drive B2B IT sales initiatives across both international and domestic markets.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and sales metrics to management.
- Maintain strong knowledge of company offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Required Skills & Experience
- 27 years of proven experience in business development / IT sales (B2B, domestic & international).
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and meeting setup for product presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results.
