Business Development Manager – Oxyzem Creative Agency
Oxyzem Creative Agency is on the lookout for a well-experienced Business Development Manager who can drive growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into sales. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building connections, and has a proven track record of closing deals, this role is for you.

What you’ll do: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Own the entire sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals tailored to client needs.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Track leads, sales activities, and report progress with actionable insights.

You should have: 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency or creative industry experience is a big plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business.
A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or web solutions is a strong advantage.
