Business Development Manager

We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to fuel growth at Jetspeed Logistics. This role is pivotal in expanding our Air and Ocean Freight client base, driving revenue, and cultivating long-term, strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic relationship-builder with a sharp eye for new business opportunities, dedicated to promoting tailored freight forwarding solutions that support our clients' evolving logistics needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Create tailored solutions across Air and Ocean Freight services.
- Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt strategies.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales (Air and Ocean Freight).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business.
- Strong understanding of international logistics and trade regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to business growth.
