Job Title: Business Development Manager
About Uniworld Logistics Private LimitedWe are a leading logistics company seeking an experienced business development manager to drive growth and expansion of our key accounts.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Head of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer complaints effectively and resolve issues promptly to ensure high service standards.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency and onboarding of key accounts.
- Prepare and submit value-added reports to key clients, providing insights into business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development or account management within the logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in preparing business review reports.
