Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and representing the Bedazles India brand with professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for jewellery and fashion. Key Responsibilities - Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements. - Showcase products, explain design details, pricing, and available offers. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. - Handle billing, sales documentation, and inventory updates. - Maintain store display standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising guidelines. - Collaborate with the store team to plan promotions and sales strategies. - Stay updated on new collections, trends, metals, stones, and jewellery care. - Address customer issues or escalations politely and effectively. - Support digital/online sales activities when required. Requirements - 13 years of experience in retail sales (preferably jewellery or luxury/fashion). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Basic computer and billing knowledge. - Pleasant personality, customer-centric approach, and professional grooming. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Flexible to work on weekends and festival seasons. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in jewellery retail (gold, silver, diamonds, or fashion jewellery). - Knowledge of jewellery materials, stones, and designs. - Multilingual skills (English + regional languages).
