Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Junior Sales Executive, based in Kochi. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and contributing to sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and meeting sales targets to support business growth. Qualifications - Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management - Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills - Ability to understand technical solutions, including ICT and ELV systems, and convey value to clients - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Knowledge of Sales CRM software and tools is a plus - Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and collaborate with teams effectively - Relevant professional experience in sales within the technology or hospitality industries - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
