About Mosaic Mosaic Wellness is building digital first health brands for elective health concerns Man Matters is a digital elective health platform for men helping 2 5M men every year diagnose and solve for their hair loss beard growth fitness and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches Be Bodywise is an online women s elective health platform serving 4M women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health body care Sleep and nutrition Little Joys is an online health platform for kids helping 2M parents every year solve for their child s physical mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition immunity brain health bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists Job Summary We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and assist in managing influencer partnerships and creator collaborations The primary responsibility of this role is to support the day-to-day management of our creator partnerships and help build strong relationships with our affiliate community especially on platforms like TikTok The goal is to drive revenue growth while ensuring both creator and brand success at every stage of the collaboration This role is remote and we work in US time zones PST as we focus on building a brand in the USA Key Responsibilities Creator Management 1 Assist in identifying and engaging potential creators and influencers to promote our products on TikTok 2 Manage communication with creators and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests Relationship Building 1 Foster positive relationships with creators to ensure long-term collaboration and success 2 Support the senior team in helping creators optimize their content and sales strategies Revenue Growth 1 Collaborate with creators to help drive sales and increase product visibility through effective campaigns 2 Ensure that both creators and the brand achieve success by meeting revenue targets and maintaining high-performance standards Content and Campaign Coordination 1 Help track and organize content for ongoing influencer campaigns 2 Ensure creators are aligned with campaign goals brand values and guidelines Support and Reporting 1 Assist in monitoring and reporting on creator performance and campaign results 2 Provide support for content creation ideas trends and collaboration opportunities Qualifications 1 Completed Undergraduate Degree in marketing business or related field 2 1-2 years of work experience in social media marketing influencer marketing or a related field 3 A strong interest in social media trends particularly TikTok and influencer marketing 4 Basic understanding of creator engagement and content strategies 5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6 Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment 7 Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently 8 Passion for the wellness and health industry is a plus 9 Willingness to work in US time zones PST to help build the brand in the USA
