Marketing Manager for Influencers

We are seeking a skilled Artist / Influencer Manager to manage influencer partnerships, particularly on YouTube and Instagram.
- Onboard exclusive creators for brand collaborations.
- Manage a portfolio of influencers, primarily on YouTube and Instagram.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.
- Negotiate deliverables, rates, and timelines in alignment with campaign goals.
- Track deliverables, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.
- Act as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and follow-ups on all influencer interactions and performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in influencer marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing.
- Prior experience working with a brand or influencer network is required.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially across YouTube and Instagram.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
- Proven ability to handle fast-paced environments and deadline-driven campaigns.

- Passion for social media, digital content, and influencer culture.
- Experience using influencer marketing platforms and CRM tools.
