Senior Marketing Influencer

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our influencer marketing efforts as we expand into new services and clients. This role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization's influencer marketing vertical, focusing on increasing our influencer network and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client-centric proposals and pitch decks for influencer marketing briefs, aligning with business objectives.
  • Maintain timely delivery of proposals and pitch decks, ensuring relevance and quality throughout the process.
  • Research, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities through negotiation and effective relationship-building.
  • Brief and negotiate with influencers, content creators, and celebrities to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of influencers, categorizing them according to genre and industry.
  • Build strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including premium celebrity management agencies and networks of content creators.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal team members and external partners to drive business growth.
  • Execute seamless campaigns, coordinating with onboarded influencers and internal teams according to pre-planned roadmaps, maximizing results.
  • Meet quarterly goals and targets for successful campaign execution, driving business success.
  • Analyze key metrics and create insightful reports on influencer activation, informing business decisions.

Skillset:

  • Strong social media presence and engagement strategies.
  • Minimum 6-12 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word) and social media insights and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time well to meet deadlines.
  • Skilled negotiator with convincing tactics, driving mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Well-organized individual with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, fostering partnerships.
  • Client servicing expertise, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
