Job Title: Marketing Influencer Executive

Job Description:

The position of Marketing Influencer Executive is crucial in our organization, as we aim to develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that drive results. This role involves identifying and collaborating with influencers, creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scouting and closing agreements with influencers after taking necessary approvals
  • Understanding influencers' niches and creating first drafts of scripts for review
  • Coordinating product dispatch with internal teams and influencers
  • Preparing reports as per requirement
  • Sharing ideas on snippet and ad creation
  • Coordinating with the finance team for timely release of payments

Retention Marketing:

As a Marketing Influencer Executive, you will be responsible for creating WhatsApp marketing/utility templates and submitting them for approval on Meta. You will also create broadcast ideas based on occasions, seasonal requirements, restocking timelines, and regional festivals for use in Meta ads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Influencer marketing and social media marketing skills, particularly with YouTube influencers
  • Sales support and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Thane
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field
  • Experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is an asset
