Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our performance marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform innovations, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and BI reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
