Digital Growth Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive growth engines that scale. This leadership role requires someone who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, while inspiring a team to deliver excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Owning the digital marketing strategy across all online channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic Advertising.
  • Driving campaign budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting at leadership level.
  • Building frameworks for continuous testing and optimization, from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Introducing data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of digital marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.

About the Role

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Experience in managing budgets at scale and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset: combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.
