As a leading digital business growth strategist, you will define and execute innovative strategies to fuel our company's expansion into the fintech industry. Your mission is to empower retail investors and traders with user-friendly mobile applications and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Business Growth Strategy
    • Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans for our digital platform, including Stocks, Futures & Options, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and other financial services.
    • Lead initiatives to increase market share, active client base, and revenue growth through data-driven decision making and strategic partnerships.
    • Benchmark industry best practices and design new features to drive customer engagement and adoption.
  • Product Development & Launch
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft innovative product roadmaps, enhance user experiences, and accelerate revenue growth.
    • Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that boost acquisition and retention.
    • Embed nudges, journeys, and educational modules within digital platforms (app/web) to increase awareness and participation.
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Track and monitor key business KPIs, including market turnover share, active delivery clients, Stock SIP AUM growth, and product-level client adoption.
    • Conduct deep dives into client behavior to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and engagement improvement.
    • Perform regular competitor benchmarking and market analysis to maintain a strong competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Equity Markets & Retail Broking Business with hands-on experience in Cash Product, SIP, ETF, Basket Products, and Cash Delivery segment.
  • Skilled in customer journey design, digital product management, and enhancing user experiences.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with a track record of driving revenue-focused initiatives.
