We seek a Strategy Manager to define, execute, and scale growth strategies for our Digital Business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the roadmap for Cash Market products
  • Identify gaps in current offerings and design new features to drive customer engagement
  • Benchmark industry practices and ensure competitive positioning through continuous innovation
  • Drive initiatives to increase Cash Market turnover, market share, and active client base
  • Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that boost acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with Technology and Design teams to enhance platform UX/UI for Cash Market products
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Equity Markets & Retail Broking Business
  • Skilled in customer journey design, digital product management, and enhancing user experiences
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
