Anjela Mind Care Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage client interactions provide excellent customer service and assist in scheduling and inquiries related to mental health services The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills empathy and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and chat inquiries from clients Assist clients with appointment scheduling service inquiries and follow-ups Provide accurate information regarding mental health services and counseling programs Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with clinic policies Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department if needed Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure a smooth customer experience Support marketing and promotional campaigns by engaging with potential clients Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Psychology Counseling Social Work Healthcare Administration Business Communication or a related field preferred Prior experience in customer service telecalling or healthcare-related client support is a plus Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages as required Strong empathy and listening skills to handle mental health-related inquiries Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using CRM software MS Office and telecommunication tools Preferred Skills Background in psychology or counseling services advantageous but not mandatory Experience in handling customer support for healthcare or mental wellness services Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 7 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 6382391841
