International Sales Executive

Job Description

- Assist in executinginternational sales strategiesto meet revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients (distributors, contractors, developers) in target markets.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to preparequotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Attendtrade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings(domestic & international, if required).
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in international sales, export/import, or B2B sales(preferably inconstruction, renewable energy, or building materials).
- Fluency in English + at least one additional language(e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin, German, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10-20% travel, if required).
- Basic understanding ofIncoterms, export documentation, and international trade compliance.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
