Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Internal Consultant located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Internal Consultant will be responsible for providing expert HR consultations, conducting training sessions, managing HR projects, and offering psychological insights to improve workplace dynamics. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, facilitating employee relations, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and Training
- Project Management and Consulting skills
- Knowledge of Psychology applied to workplace dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR consultancy or related fields is preferred
