With a staff of more than 700 employees, we excel in comprehensive sales, logistics, supply chain management, and market penetration strategies to ensure the availability of top-quality products across the state.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, manage employee relations, and develop HR policies and procedures. The role will also involve conducting performance appraisals, managing benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Experience of 5-10 Years in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in FMCG Industry only. (Kindly do not apply for this job position if your experience is not in FMCG industry)
  • Proficient in developing HR policies and procedures and conducting performance appraisals
  • Knowledge of benefits program management and labor law compliance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in FMCG or distribution industry is an advantage
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
