Job location: Ghana (West Africa)
Job Role :
- Cultivating Consulting Relationship with architectural design team influencers and specifiers Identify and secure opportunities to prepare door and hardware specifications
- Provide timely and accurate product information for use in commercial project specifications
- Deliver targeted continuing educational programs highlightin new products, soluDons, and design-assist professional services
- Assist with product substitution and approval procedures and follow up to ensure specifications are held in the bid process
- Analyze territory market trends, competitive activity, and market analytics to contribute to the pricing strategy, price schedules, discount rates, and territory marketing needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with the sales channel for facilities including wholesale and distribution companies.
Desired Candidates:
- Any Graduate + MBA with 5+ years in Sales of door hardware / door locks / door accessories
- Excellent business communication skills (English)
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent critical thinking & problem-solving
