Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Closing Manager to oversee the end-to-end sales process for our real estate projects. This role is critical in ensuring smooth client interactions, effective deal negotiations, and timely closure of sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to convert leads into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales process from initial client inquiry to final closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
Negotiate offers, prepare documentation, and ensure smooth execution of agreements.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless deal closures.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales and closures.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of property sales, documentation, and legal processes.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to handle high-value transactions with professionalism and integrity.
