Designation/ Role:
Manager - Sales (Closing)
Scope:
- Responsible for overall Revenue Generation for the defined site.
- He /She shall be responsible for Direct Sales by attending the walk-ins generated by digital leads or CP network.
- The role is also responsible for ensuring seamless sales experience for customers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Servicing overall client requirement which covers the entire gamut of real estate services from showcasing various availability of apartments in the project, giving structured advice, arranging and coordinating site visits
- Responsible for achieving the sales order booking targets within budgeted timelines.
- Ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquiries so as to maximize sales conversions
- Negotiating commercials and terms and conditions with prospective buyers for deal closure
- Ensure closure of Sales Transactions for the site
- Participate in conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize sales order booking for the project
- Preparing and maintaining necessary documents and records ensuring adherence of processes
- Ensure high visibility and Brand Recall among the clients by effective communication and branding activities supported by Marketing team.
- Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
Preferred candidate profile:
- Post Graduate/ Graduate
- Experience from real estate developer or mandate companies only (Closing)
- Should have min 4 years of experience in SOBO MARKET.
- 4-10 years of experience in real estate sales (Closing)
- Worked on projects with high ticket sizes and HNI Client.
- Work profile should involve negotiations and excellent communication skills
- Presentable with English speaking skills
