The role will be responsible for Sales strategy execution and revenue generation through building and nurturing the brand Supreme, understanding consumer behavior and influence customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Attend to all walk-in customers efficiently, explain the project in detail and be able to answer all customer queries
- Be able to successfully deal with customer negotiations and close the deal
- Convince customers about various features of the project and be able to help in decision making
- Consistently make efforts to provide the customer an enriching experience at site and regular follow ups as required.
- Maintain proper records in CRM which will assist in performance analysis of site and conduct appropriate reviews.
- Work with sales, marketing and internal teams to ensure correct and up-to-date sales forecasts reflecting and last-minute changes to forecast based on business requirements.
- Update all required reports and system data on a timely basis
