About the Role:

We&aposre seeking a driven Sales Executive/Sales Manager to grow and manage enterprise and mid-market accounts. You&aposll lead strategic sales efforts, drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling and build lasting client relationships across key industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable background verification (BGV) solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Client Servicing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, with a preference for prior BGV industry knowledge.
