Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and manage the end-to-end B2B sales process, including presales, negotiations, and closures.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at large IT companies and corporations.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Present and demonstrate hardware and software solutions to prospective clients effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, products, and services in the hardware and software domain.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 510 years of proven experience in hardware and software sales, preferably in the electronic components or semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, presales, and closing techniques.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in engaging with large IT companies and corporate clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipelines and forecasts effectively.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience in liaising and managing high-value partnerships and engagements.
