Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef based in the Middle East Countries. The Sous Chef will assist in managing kitchen operations, oversee food preparation and presentation, and ensure high-quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, managing food safety and hygiene protocols, and collaborating with the head chef to develop creative menus and recipes. The role requires efficient coordination to ensure smooth workflow in the kitchen while upholding exceptional culinary standards.
