This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time As a Senior SDR focused on the North American market, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales pipeline by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-value enterprise leads. This role demands a proactive, target-driven professional who excels at starting conversations with senior decision-makers and converting interest into qualified opportunities for the sales team. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Outbound Lead Generation: Execute high-volume outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospects in North America. - Qualification & Discovery: Assess prospect needs, understand business challenges, and identify sales-ready opportunities. - Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry insights, competitor positioning, and market triggers relevant to enterprise prospects. - CRM Ownership: Log activities, manage lead stages, and maintain data hygiene within HubSpot (or equivalent CRM). - Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Account Executives, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and improve conversion metrics. Requirements - Minimum 4+ years of SDR experience targeting the North American market in a B2B SaaS environment. - Proven success in cold outbound sales (calls, emails, social outreach). - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially when dealing with senior enterprise stakeholders. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. - Strong research abilities, self-driven work ethic, and ability to hit and exceed pipeline targets. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
