Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reconciliation and Data Integration Specialist to manage and optimize data reconciliation and integration processes. This role involves extracting, mapping, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting on data from multiple systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data extraction, mapping, reconciliation, exception management, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Integration

- Extract data from internal and external systems.
- Map data fields between broking and accounting systems to ensure consistency.
- Deliverables: Extracted data files, data mapping documentation.

1. Reconciliation Process

- Perform preliminary reconciliations by matching data with counterpart records.
- Identify and log discrepancies for further analysis.
- Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate resolution of identified discrepancies.
- Deliverables: Reconciliation reports, exception logs, and resolved discrepancy reports.

1. Reporting

- Compile and prepare reconciliation status reports for stakeholders.
- Deliverable: Structured reconciliation summary reports.

1. Compliance and Documentation

- Ensure all reconciliation processes adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and organize documentation for audits and future reference.
- Deliverables: Compliance audit reports, comprehensive documentation repository.

- Proficiency in data extraction and mapping.
- Strong analytical skills for reconciliation and root cause analysis.
- Exceptional organizational and documentation management abilities.
- Effective communication for stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial data processing.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient data management processes.

- Person who has end to end knowledge in finance and accounting domain with expertise knowledge in General Ledger/R2R domain/System Reconciliation will be added advantage.
- Person with 6 to 9 years of experience in R2R domain.
- Preferred Qualification: CA- Inter/ ICWA/ CMA Inter/ ICWA Inter / MBA Finance/ M.Com with 6 Plus years of experience.
- Primarily involved in medium to complex activities, always ready to take up additional activities and should be a key learner.
- Ability to work with client independently and able to prioritize multiple tasks at a time as an individual contributor role.
- Have data gathering ability, eye for detail and should be ready for extend his arm in case of need.
- Maintain healthy relationship within the team and adherence to existing policies and procedures.
- Responsible for performing daily activities and update standard operating procedures (SOP) in a timely manner.
- Experience in ERP like Oracle/SAP/Blackline would be an added advantage.
- Advanced skills in Ms. Excel and good knowledge in Ms. Office.
- Comfortable to work in UK hours and should open to extend during month close.
