Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in data quality and client service levels. Representation: Act as the Insurance function representative in senior management discussions and key stakeholder meetings across business, compliance, and operations. Client Interaction: Attend client calls, validate MIS reports, maintain SLAs, and report to HCL Senior Managers. Team Management: Manage people, foster team bonding, control attrition, manage attendance, and conduct appraisals. Skills and Qualifications: Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Collaboration: Strong collaboration mindset with a service-based approach and customer focus. Problem-Solving: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive solutions for customers. Motivation: Highly motivated, result-driven, and team-oriented.
