We are hiring for multiple locations which include Guwahati, Bangalore, Delhi, Thiruvananthapuram. Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling solar modules through the distributors, driving necessary secondary sales. - Establish and nurture a productive distribution network in the assigned territory. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market presence and achieve desired sales growth. - Foster strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction. - Be on the field and identify market trends and customer needs, competition activities, provide all these critical insights for sales and marketing strategies. - Effectively manage the assigned territory, including regular travel, customer visits, and support in after sales services. - Will be responsible to execute the local marketing activities, ensure brand visibility in the given territory. Qualifications: - Must have skills in Dealer/Distributor Management, Good communication Skills, Solar Industry Knowledge. - Good to have Event management, Retailing, BTL activities, B2B and B2C sales.
