Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join a leading Small Finance Bank. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and expand existing customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the BFSI industry, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Needs Assessment: Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in liabilities, branch banking, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
