Job Title: Operations Manager - Branch Growth

As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving branch growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that optimize resource utilization, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present annual operating plans (AOPs) for the branch, aligning with company-wide objectives
  • Optimize resource allocation to achieve short-term and long-term growth targets
  • Monitor and execute daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage local vendor relationships, set KPIs for contracted accounts, and review performance regularly
  • Manage escalations and customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of the branch, including facilities management and local issue resolution
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the branch
