We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and best practices.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition and make informed business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in liabilities, branch banking, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
