Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationships Manager to join our organization. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and expand existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in liabilities, branch banking, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
