We are currently seeking a Lead Salesforce QA Engineer(AccelQ/Opp reg/ CPQ) to join our team in Pune, Mahrshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Role: Lead QA Engineer
Tools/Platforms: AccelQ, Salesforce OppReg, CPQ, Experience Cloud, AI-based Testing

Key responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automated test frameworks using tools like ACCELQ, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
. Create end-to-end test strategies for salessforce CPQ.sales, experience cloud
. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). . Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high code quality in test suites.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and optimize coverage.
. Mentor junior QA engineers and support best practices in test automation.
. Work on performance and load testing when needed (using tools like JMeter or Locust).
. Ensure traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements.
. Analyze test results, debug failures, and report quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

. Senior Automation QA experience in a Salesforce .

. 5+ years of experience in salesforce QA automation
. Hands-on experience with AccelQ or similar automation tools.
. Strong coding/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages. . Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
. Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and the software development lifecycle.
. Experience with version control and defect tracking tools (Git, Jira).
. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Experience:

. Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile preferred

. Experience with AI-driven or model-based test automation.
. Knowledge on salesforce and Hands-on experience with AccelQ or similar automation tools.
