Job Title Cloud Sales ExecutiveLocation BangaloreReports To Sales ManagerResponsibilities Sales Strategy Development Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for cloud solutions and services Prospecting Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling networking and referrals Customer Engagement Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospective customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for cloud solutions Solution Presentation Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase cloud services and demonstrate how they address customer requirements and pain points Proposal Creation Prepare and present tailored sales proposals including pricing deliverables and implementation plans to clients Negotiation Lead negotiation discussions with clients addressing concerns managing expectations and closing sales Collaboration Work closely with the technical and pre-sales teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met Market Research Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and new technologies in the cloud space to effectively position products and differentiate offerings Sales Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities forecasts and pipeline management using CRM software and report on sales performance and progress to management Customer Follow-up Provide ongoing support and maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field Experience 5 to 8 years of experience in sales in cloud services Technical Knowledge Understanding of cloud computing concepts IaaS PaaS SaaS and familiarity with Private Cloud and public cloud business Skills Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement Certifications Relevant cloud certifications e g AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals can be beneficial but are not always required
