Designation B2C Sales Executive- Location Bangalore- Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C or ecommerce sales automotive motorcycle segment preferred - Qualification Graduate in Business Marketing or related field About the role The B2C Sales Executive will be responsible for driving direct-to-consumer B2C sales through digital platforms company-owned channels and customer engagement initiatives The role involves managing online sales responding to customer queries optimizing the order experience and building brand loyalty in the premium motorcycle accessories space Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer queries via website social media email and calls - Guide customers through product selection and purchase decisions - Drive upselling and cross-selling of motorcycle accessories - Process orders through websites or other sales platforms - Coordinate with warehouse logistics teams to ensure timely delivery - Track returns exchanges and warranty claims - Assist in managing website listings product information and pricing - Monitor performance of B2C sales channels and report key metrics - Collaborate on digital campaigns flash sales and promotions - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service - Maintain after-sales communication and resolve grievances - Build relationships with repeat customers and nurture loyalty Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Familiarity with ecommerce platforms Shopify WooCommerce etc -Passion for motorcycling and understanding of motorcycle accessories is a strong plus Key Attributes - Customer-centric mindset - Energetic and driven personality - Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools - Strong organizational and follow-up skills - Team player with a go-getter attitude ref updazz com
