Job Title Talent Acquisition Specialist Company Rizza Location Mumbai India Hybrid - Primarily Remote Mumbai-based applicants only Compensation Fixed Up to 40 000 month Commission Type Full Time Permanent Experience 3-5 Years Department Human Resources Role Category Recruitment Talent Acquisition About Rizza Rizza is an AI-powered talent intelligence platform designed to modernize hiring for fast-paced and hybrid-first environments Leveraging behavioral science and technology Rizza enables organizations to make faster smarter and more accurate hiring decisions Its system enhances real-fit matching reduces friction and supports holistic evaluation not just of qualifications but of culture communication and role fit Hiring teams benefit from automated workflows real-time tracking and predictive scoring while Candidates experience a transparent human-first process rooted in fairness and alignment The Role We re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive structured high-quality recruitment for roles across advertising digital marketing and tech You will interpret nuanced job descriptions source and shortlist candidates with precision and integrate seamlessly with Rizza s AI-enabled workflows Your Impact Lead end-to-end recruitment leveraging tool-based workflows and AI when needed Dive deep into job descriptions to create accurate candidate profiles Source and screen candidates using platforms like Zoho Recruit JobsOy Naukri and similar tools Maintain and optimize candidate pipelines organized visible and actionable Coordinate interviews manage follow-ups and support hiring managers collaboratively Bring structure and improvements to sourcing strategies and shortlisting Explore AI-enhanced recruitment methods using ChatGPT Claude Gemini etc Be a proactive partner identifying needs and proposing improvements in recruitment processes Requirements What You Bring 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience Proven ability to lead shortlisting and hiring independently Familiarity with recruitment ATS platforms like Zoho Recruit Jobsoid or similar Understanding of job description frameworks and candidate-job alignment Experience in hiring for tech development coding and or advertising media is strongly preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication High levels of ownership organization and initiative Speed clarity and accuracy as default modes of working Eagerness to learn and integrate AI or productivity tools into your work Benefits Commission on a month to month basis Work from home and mostly hybrid Learning opportunity and High Growth prospects with Start-up changing the HR Landscape
