Your mission
As part of the Strategic Transformation Office, you will work with UiPaths most strategic customers in the region to drive transformational deals. Positioning automation as a change lever for their business and how automation and agentic orchestration can help accelerate their transformation and align with their objectives.
We are seeking high performing candidates with a strong background in consultative sales, excellent commercial acumen and deep focus on customer outcomes, to become strategic business value advisors to customers and prospects. Help potential customers understand how they can create business value by implementing UiPath solutions and help existing customers measure the actual value they have achieved with UiPath solutions.
What You&aposll Do At UiPath
- Work closely with GTM and professional services teams to qualify prospects/customers and plan/position value discovery and value measurement engagements.
- Execute collaborative value discovery engagements and deliver persuasive presentations to prospects convincing them of the business value of UiPath solutions to their businesses.
- Collaborate with customers, via value measurement engagements, to identify and report the business value received by customers and publish value-based customer case studies.
- Work with various internal UiPath teams to learn and document the industry specific value drivers for UiPath solutions and create ROI/TCO models.
- Continuously innovate value & strategic customer discovery framework including market and industry competitive analysis and specific UiPath value drivers.
- Provide thought leadership & coaching to GTM teams to accelerate sales cycles.
- PMO responsibilities for the strategic accounts/big deals program and contribution to the development of UiPaths strategic customer engagement framework Elevate.
What You&aposll Bring To The Team
- 5+ years experience in a strategy or management consulting role.
- Minimum 2+ year experience in B2B software or technology industry.
- Professional work experience in strategy/management consulting at a professional services firm, or at a software business in value selling/consulting for a software solutions business.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent quantitative analysis and financial modelling skills.
- Self-sufficiency, a high degree of autonomy and a passion for working in a fast-paced startup company environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build good relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels. English proficiency.
- Proven experience in designing and leading business consulting engagements that include cross-functional teams.
