This role is a critical strategic advisor and technical authority who engages with customers to accelerate their adoption of innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.
The Customer Success Consultant resides within the organization and works closely with Account teams, Customers, and Partners to improve customer adoption address product concerns and drive growth. They provide consultative solutions to help customers realize value faster combining deep technical knowledge with business insight.
The role supports customers with adoption challenges across multiple architectures including Cisco's campus and Wireless product suite. Experience with integrating these architectures is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide targeted consultative sessions.
- Maintain expertise in multiple architectures and provide strategic advice on deployment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful customer engagements.
- Provide suggestions to Engineering and Product Management Teams for product improvements.
- Develop onboarding and adoption journeys to drive long-term business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert-level knowledge of multiple architectures including Cisco's campus and Wireless products.
- Confirmed experience engaging with key customers understanding their outstanding needs and applying industry-standard processes to drive successful outcomes.
- Delivered consultative sessions and collaborated on quarterly business reviews QBRs.
- Proven track record in applying a deep understanding of relevant products to define how technology solves customer business challenges.
- Demonstrated success with sophisticated technologies and conducting high-risk architecture reviews.
- Provided strategic advice on deployment decisions led architectural initiatives and validated designs from across the organization.
- Expert understanding and experience with public cloud providers such as AWS Azure and GCP.

Others:
Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year plus a day off for their birthday. Non-exempt new hires accrue up to 16 days of vacation time off each year at a rate of 4.92 hours per pay period. Exempt new hires participate in a flexible Vacation Time Off policy which does not place a defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use but is subject to availability and some business limitations.
The salary range reflects the projected hiring range for new hire full-time salaries in U.S. and/or Canada locations not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target.
