About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedule, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as the point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on key deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Support in strategic planning, project coordination, and business presentations.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records for easy retrieval.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or relevant specialization preferred).
- 8–10 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
