Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industries like Plywood, Veneer, Tiles, Architectural Products, Doors & Windows, Paints, or Adhesives. This is a field-intensive role that requires extensive travel and direct interaction with clients and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Rajasthan.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and submit regular performance reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage receivables.
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Eligibility Criteria:

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Travel: Willing to travel extensively (approximately 20 days a month).
