Job description Branch Sales Manager - Affordable Home Loans responsible for independently driving Home Loan business through DSA and open market sourcing The ideal candidate must have 2-4 years of proven experience in Home Loan sales deep exposure to DSA channels and strong customer handling skills You will manage lead generation sales conversion and end-to-end loan processing ensuring monthly disbursal targets are achieved Strong documentation knowledge and consistent career stability are a must for this role - Locations Across Gujarat- Experience 2 year - Primary Skills Sales Negotiation Communication In Depth Knowledge of Home Loan Products Govt Policies Relationship Building and Retaining- Pay Details Up to 5 LPA Performance Based IncentivesMust Have - Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Affordable Home Loan and mortgage loan sales- Strong experience in DSA sourcing and open market acquisition- Proven track record of meeting disbursal targets- In-depth knowledge of Home Loan products documentation and processing- No career or education gaps stable employment history- Strong communication negotiation and customer relationship skills- Willingness to travel locally and engage directly with clients and partnersKey Responsibilities 1 Identify and acquire new customers in the Home Loan segment 2 Develop and manage DSA DST and connector networks for lead generation and conversion 3 Meet sales targets consistently while ensuring quality sourcing 4 Coordinate with internal teams credit operations for smooth loan processing and disbursal 5 Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support 6 Ensure timely documentation and compliance as per organizational norms 7 Continuously monitor competition offerings and share feedback for product positioning ref updazz com
