Job Description Job Title: Growth Partnerships Architect (Affiliate & Influencer Growth Performance-Driven Marketing Role) Company: The Foreign Venture Group Inc. Location: Remote (Toronto, Ontario) Job Type: Full Time Reports to: Founder & CEO The Growth Partnerships Architect builds and manages the entire partner ecosystem that fuels Proof Response. You will create a network of affiliate creators, micro-influencers, property managers, community groups, seniors organizations, restoration partners and local businesses who consistently drive emergency plumbing, HVAC and restoration calls into our platform. You will operate inside the Proof360 system to automate onboarding, attribution, payouts, partner scoring and recurring revenue share. This role is responsible for building a partner-driven revenue engine that grows stronger every month as more creators and local partners join. This position is a cornerstone of our national expansion across Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Saskatoon and Regina, and plays a direct role in scaling the entire Proof Group ecosystem. Core Objectives (First 90 Days) 1. Build and launch the full affiliate, influencer, community and emergency referral program across all cities. 2. Recruit at least 50 active creators and community partners who promote weekly. 3. Onboard 10 high-intent partners such as property managers, realtors, landlords and seniors organizations. 4. Create the partner authority engine with monthly livestreams, creator spotlights and partner education content. 5. Set up recurring revenue share tiers, partner loyalty rewards and automatic status upgrades. 6. Build at least 100 UGC videos that can be used for paid ads, landing pages and city campaigns. 7. Implement partner scoring inside Proof360 (trust score, conversion score, yield score, promotion frequency). 8. Launch one-click emergency referral routing so partners can send jobs instantly. 9. Generate at least 15 percent of leads from partner channels by Day 90. 10. Reduce acquisition costs by 20 percent from partner-driven traffic. Key Responsibilities Affiliate and Influencer Growth - Recruit creators weekly on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. - Build simple promotion scripts, angles and incentives aligned with our emergency value. - Manage relationships, ensure weekly posts and support creators with content direction. UGC Authority Engine - Create 100+ UGC videos focused on emergency problems. - Build city-specific content pipes for each market. - Host monthly creator livestreams to build trust and authority. - Support paid ads by supplying winning UGC content. Community and Emergency Referral Partnerships - Build partnerships with seniors groups, homeowner associations and community centers. - Create referral pathways with property managers, landlords and realtors. - Partner with restoration companies and insurance adjusters for emergency jobs. - Launch cross-brand referral options for Plumbing, HVAC, Flood, Mold and Smoke services. Recurring Revenue Ecosystem - Set up partner revenue share with automatic payouts. - Design loyalty tiers, multipliers and partner-level perks. - Track partner lifetime value and recurring revenue inside Proof360. Partner Automation and Intelligence - Build automated onboarding, tracking and payouts. - Use Proof360 to score partners by performance and prune slow performers. - Maintain accurate partner dashboards with real-time attribution. - Integrate one-click emergency referral routing for instant job dispatch. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Marketing Lead for paid ads and creative testing. - Work with Sales & Business Development Leads on vendor capacity in each city. - Work with Data & Market Research leads on offer stacking and rebate-based incentives. - Work with Market Expandion and monetization lead for partner content and photo collection. - Work with Intelligence & Automation Engineer lead for funding and seniors-aligned partner content. - Work with Continuous Improvement lead to keep all data fully connected to Proof360. KPIs - 50 active creators and partners by Day 90. - 100 UGC videos created and organized in 90 days. - 15 percent of all leads coming from partner channels. - 20 percent reduction in acquisition cost. - 10 property manager or high-intent partners on board. - 95 percent attribution accuracy inside Proof360. - Partner trust score average above 70 percent. - Minimum 5 partner-driven emergency jobs per week by Day 90. - 75 percent of partners completing weekly promotions. - 30 percent creator retention by Month 3.
